我也是浙江的，两次听力，第一次，我考了22.5，比班级平均分还低3分多，那时的心情很难受，我心理调节能力很差，一到大考就紧张，考试铃声响了我只涂了7道。老师安慰我，让我好好应对第二次听力考，因为听力这个不考智力，就考你的注意力，而且一定要多练！

学校每周一次，那你就每周3次，自己去找资料，买磁带。还有，一定要多研究听力稿，多读读，明白自己为什么会听错，这是很重要的。

第一次听力考我下了很多时间，就败在心态上，那次很简单。

第二次时，我减小了强度，但也保证每天2次，考了27分，第二次比第一次难很多，以及许多人之前没有我的那种情况，27分已经是我们班最高分。而第二次考试时，我将卡涂完还有1分钟。

你英语不差，听力这关一定要过，这比任何分都要好拿。之所以将我的经历告诉你，是希望你明白，在你已经付出你最大努力的基础上，你能考几分，就不要因为心态而造成遗憾，相信自己的实力，要给予自己充分的肯定。

最后，再建议一句，高考听力前一周，你每天晚上最好伴着听力入睡，语感很重要！

浙江省高考哪几年英语听力没考?

高考听力标准时间二十分钟，从2021年起，英语增加口语考试，口语加听力考试共计50分，英语科目总分值不变。

辽宁、山西、河南、江西、吉林、陕西、内蒙古、甘肃、黑龙江、四川、新疆、西藏等。由于教育资源不均衡，一些基层中学对学生的听力训练不够，所以听力成绩不计入考试成绩。但是，录取时相关高校和专业如需参考，由省教育考试院提供院校参考。

2020年除上海、浙江、天津、北京、山东外，大部分省市都继续施行英语科目一年一考，听力占30分，这是传统的考试模式，即将在新高考改革中逐渐被取代。

考生可利用各段对话之间的停顿时间，快速浏览一遍题干和全部选项，分析对比各选项的不同之处，做到心中有数。对于与选项无关的内容，只须听出大意便行，即使有些地方没听懂也不要急躁，抓住关键词和主题句就可选出正确答案。
